Louisville, Tennessee and Texas have the top three transfer portal classes, according to 247Sports Rankings, but who’s SPENT the most money in the portal this offseason??

Outside of Louisville and Tennessee, the biggest spenders are programs like Duke, Michigan, Arkansas and Florida. In today’s era of college hoops, $20 million rosters are becoming the new normal.
Florida big man Thomas Haugh is reportedly valued at $8 million alone, according to Matt Norlander of CBS Sports. That would make him the highest-paid college basketball player of all time.
